Less may be more: how do coach developers reproduce “learner-centred” policy in practice?

Past research has explored coach developers’ practice and called for learner-centred education provision. However, understanding of how “learner-centred” policies are reproduced in remains partial. In response, a multiple methods case study three introductory courses. The Bernsteinian concept “framing” was introduced to the first time, used examine developers implemented policy. Targeting angiogenesis in glioblastoma rapidly reduces vascular permeability and contrast enhancement on MRI and prolongs progression-free survival. The long-term efficacy of bevacizumab and other antiangiogenic agents is limited, however, because of the rapid development of resistance. Alternative dosing approaches may be one mechanism of prolonging therapeutic efficacy.
